In January to March early this year, 185 students from Form 1 to Form 5 had participated in producing their own projects of sharing positive notes while practicing their English language skills for the TOEFL Young Students Go English Project 2018/2019.

This project by ETS is organised with the sole objective to inspire students to practice and improve their English Language skills, use creativity and take pride in creating an amazing project with the theme ‘Make the World A Better Place’.

SAKURA students have taken part in this global community project together with other 18 countries which include Brazil, Egypt, France, Japan, Korea, Palestine, Mexico, Russia and many more.

On the 12th of September 2019, a prize-giving session was conducted to give away the tokens of appreciation provided by the organisers of Go English Project to the students, teachers and school for their participation.

It is hoped that the students will continue to support and participate in such positive cause to make the world a better place.
